Cancellation and Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing them. After this window, cancellations may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or dispatched.
Return & Refund Eligibility
We offer returns and refunds only under the following conditions:
- Order was cancelled within 30 minutes of placement
- Product received is damaged or incorrect
- Non-delivery due to our error
- For 26kg rice bags: We include a free sample pack for testing. Customers must first use the sample pack. If not satisfied, they may return the sealed 26kg bag. Opened 26kg bags are non-returnable.
Return Timeframe
If your return request is approved, the product must be returned to us within 2 working days of approval. Returns beyond this period will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Orders below 11kg (1kg to 10kg) are strictly non-returnable
- Opened or used food products
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or poor handling
Refund Process
Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
Important Notes
- Initiate all return or cancellation requests within 30 minutes of order placement.
- Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Sample dissatisfaction must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
